Here are details regarding medical records from my office.

The office closed at the end of 2024

Medical records are stored securely at MedRecords. Charts will be stored at least 16 years so there is no rush to obtain your chart.

Your chart can be transferred to your new physician by this service. You can also request a copy of your chart for your own use.

You may not need a copy as although the medical information we have on file can be useful to your next family physician, much of it is now available on-line such as prescriptions, lab tests, immunizations and X- rays.
